Bryce Holdaway is a Buyers’ Agent, TV host, media lifestyle personality, author, speaker, and company executive based in Melbourne, Australia.
Starting out professionally as an Accountant in Perth, Bryce kept finding himself gravitating towards preparing tax returns for clients who had investment property, and found a love for working the numbers whilst interacting with the client. It was here he first discovered the love of focusing on what’s possible for the future rather than looking backwards to measure the past.
Recognising that death by depreciation wasn’t an option; Bryce left his calculator and spreadsheets in Perth, for the bright lights of the East Coast and focused on servicing his clients needs as a property Buyers’ Agent.
Bryce shot to public notoriety when he was handpicked from a cast of hundreds to be the co-host of Location, Location, Location Australia and Relocation Relocation Australia on Foxtel’s Lifestyle channel. A wildly successful TV show, which helps everyday Australians’ find their dream home.
Bryce is a Partner of Empower Wealth, which is a specialist property investment and financial planning firm that helps clients secure their financial future by developing property investment plans, selecting and buying properties and finding their dream homes. It’s here that Bryce also co-hosts Australia’s most downloaded property podcast, “The Property Couch.”
Bryce also co-penned the best selling book, The Armchair Guide to Property Investing with Ben Kingsley, which explains the process of retiring on $2K a week passive income, with as little as three investment properties.
Recognising that property investment is ‘simple but not easy’, Bryce’s daily and life ambition is to help as many people as possible experience the freedom that comes from sorting out their finances and achieving financial freedom.
At University, Bryce went to the campus bookshop and bought a cassette version of “How to be a Winner” by Zig Ziglar, and heard the most profound piece of advice, which he has since adopted as his personal and professional compass: “You can have everything you want in life, if you just help enough other people get what they want.”
A regular keynote speaker on the property speaker’s circuit, including the Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane & Perth Property Expos as well as professional events around the country, he prides himself on making complex property concepts simple and easy to understand. He has contributed feature articles in Money Magazine; columns in Your Investment Property, Australian Property Investor and Smart Property Investment magazines; and is sought after for commentary in numerous national publications. He has been interviewed on The Today Show, The Project and ABC News, along with numerous radio and podcast outlets all relating to property. His most recent project has been collaborating with Australia’s most visited Real Estate site, www.realestate.com.au to provide property and finance related content for their audience .
Bryce holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting, Finance & Management), a Real Estate Agent License and a Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning).
He lives in Melbourne with his gorgeous wife Andrea, their two sons and enjoys challenging himself to live the best life possible and loves to inspire others to do the same.
