This email will include a link and your private log-in details to your exclusive and personalised My Wealth Portal. Once you input your financial story, you will be impressed with the informative insights this free portal will offer you about your current and future financial story.
Simply click on the link provided, change your one off temporary password to your own private and secure password and you can start filling in your details. Inputting your information should take around 40 minutes to one hour to complete depending on the complexity of your financials.
TIP 1: Just fill in page by page to the best of your knowledge, even if you only have estimates, and when you are done just click “Submit to Advisor”. You can then check out the dashboard to see some great insights into your current financial story. At this point, you will be allocated to one of our specialist Advisors who will review your situation and get in touch with you to lock in a suitable time for your upcoming appointment.
TIP 2: If you have a Hotmail account, the Microsoft email settings might send our email to the Junk email so make sure you check the junk folder. If it’s a Gmail account, our email might be sent to the Promotion folder instead.

At Empower Wealth, we follow a 5-step process approach, to make sure we deliver the very best possible advice and service to our existing and new clients joining us. We don’t want to give the wrong advice because we didn’t have a very clear picture of our clients’ circumstances.
Giving us your information is easy, as we have guided video instructions to help you complete the financial fact gathering stage. It will ask you questions such as your current assets and liabilities, incomes, expenses and any future plans you may have. What to expect in the initial consultation?
The initial consultation is around one to one-and-a-half hours long. During this consultation, we will be asking a lot of questions about your ideas, plans, and goals – both personal and financial. Think of it as a bit like a medical check-up, the advisor is trying to clarify and access your full situation and what you are trying to achieve based on your unique and specific circumstances and needs. Hopefully you will get some immediate takeaways that you can action right away, but for the more complex and bigger goals, plans and decisions, more than likely our advisor is going to outline how we would assist you and what professional services we have available to help provide you with the solutions to meet your needs and objectives.
Where will the meeting be held? What if I’m not in Melbourne?
Our physical offices are located in North Melbourne, Victoria, but we also have very large numbers of clients interstate and overseas. The choice is yours to either meet face to face in our modern offices or we can organise a virtual online meeting with the power of internet and webcams. It’s incredibly easy to set up and it’s like being in a real office, because you still get to see the advisor and any information on the screen they share with you.
