My wife and I recently used Bryce’s Buyers Agency Services to purchase a house for us. We were extremely happy with the outcome, so much so, that we would be reluctant to ever buy another property without Bryce acting for us.

It was going to be difficult for us to attend the auction due to a prior commitment. Bryce’s game day strategy was exceptional. As a result, we paid $185,000 less than we were willing to pay for the property and $135,000 below the reserve and no doubt a lot less than would have been the case if we were doing
the negotiating.

For many years I was like most would be investors, I was either too scared to invest or just never found that one person I could trust with such a huge step in my life.
