For many years I was like most would be investors, I was either too scared to invest or just never found that one person I could trust with such a huge step in my life.

That all changed for me back in 1999 when I went along to an information session with a couple of my friends. There was a lot of information given on that night but to be honest I didn’t understand too much of it. There was a second session a couple of nights later so I decided to go back and listen more intently I sat and listened to many speakers but when a young man aged 24 at the time spoke, I thought to myself if I’m ever going to do anything about my retirement now is the time. This person who grabbed my attention was Bryce Holdaway (not so young these days!). I made an appointment to see Bryce at his office on a one to one basis.

It turned out to be the best financial decision I have ever made.

With Bryce’s help we purchased two Perth properties and he was with us all the way to time of settlement and beyond. The following year I was back in Bryce’s office to discuss a tax problem I had when I noticed a map of Queensland on the wall. I was very interested in Queensland and before I left the office I had my name on a property in Queensland. Since then I have purchased five more interstate properties with Bryce’s assistance and guidance.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Bryce, and can assure you will get nothing but the best from
his services.

I am a carpenter on wages and because of that meeting with Bryce some ten+ years ago I am looking forward to travelling Australia and semi retirement in two to three years time. I would like to take this chance to thank Bryce on record, for all he has done for me, my family and all my friends he has helped along the way towards reaching a brighter future.
