I have known Bryce Holdaway since 1998, where he explained to my wife and I the concept of building a property portfolio that would allow us to become financially independent. He is not just a man with theories but is applying what he preaches and is building his own real estate portfolio.

He never pressured us in any way but talked us through in his quiet way. He was a fountain of information and a source of positive affirmation in times of doubt that my wife and I had when we started investing in property. In fact when we were buying our first property we almost pulled out due to some difficulties, and if Bryce had not been there to quietly urge us on and give us confidence, we would have probably not gotten started. He was there to guide us through purchasing our first four properties and it was he who encouraged us to buy properties outside of our local area, Perth. This has given us a portfolio which is more versatile and not so vulnerable to the vagaries of one locality.

I know that he has been involved with numerous reputable organisations over several years and was deeply respected by the teams he was involved with. I am happy to warmly recommend him since he is a man with plenty of versatile experience in the property market so he can make decisions and guide would be investors in a very capable way. I know that he is a very honest person who is guided by a strong set of ethics that guarantee advice based on integrity.
